上交大临床证实：黄连素能预防结直肠癌前病变，及复发风险，且长期效果显著
2025年8月11日，上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院团队在" Cell Reports Medicine "期刊上发表了一篇题为" Berberine for preventing colorectal adenoma recurrence and neoplasm occurrence：6-Year follow-up of a randomized clinical trial "的研究论文。
研究显示，黄连素可显著降低结直肠腺瘤发病率和复发率，且在治疗停止后的6年内仍显著有效，表明其可能成为息肉切除术后腺瘤复发的潜在长期预防药物。
