2025年1月29日晚上，美国华盛顿的罗纳德里根国家（国立）机场（Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport，IATA：DCA，ICAO：KDCA）附近发生特大空难（简称1.29空难）。
一架从堪萨斯州威奇托机场起飞的美国航空AA5342航班（机型庞巴迪CRJ-700）与一架美陆军黑鹰直升机（机型Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk,当时的呼号为PAT25）相撞，双双坠入波托马克河。
AA5342航班上有60名乘客，4名机组员；黑鹰直升机上载有3名士兵。
两架飞机上的67人全部遇难。

根据美国国家运输安全委员会NTSB的初步调查报告和相关建议，美国联邦航空局FAA近期调整并修订了机场附近的直升机航线。

主要修订内容如下：直升机4号航线：删除从Wilson Bridge开始经Potomac River东岸到Anacostia River的航段，在Anacostia River切入1号航线。
Delete helicopter route 4 from Wilson Bridge, then via East bank of Potomac River to Anacostia River. Intercept route 1 at Anacostia River.
直升机6号航线：删除从BOLLING报告点开始，到BOATHOUSE的直飞航段，到(Abingdon Plantation的直飞航段，到Glebe Road的直飞航段，以及到Skyline Towers的直飞航段。
Delete helicopter route 6 from Bolling reporting point, DCT boathouse, DCT Abingdon Plantation, DCT Glebe Road.
直升机7号航线：延伸至Glebe Road。
Extend Route 7 to Glebe Road.

由上图观之，经过调整，里根机场附近的低空航迹交叉明显减少，运输飞行和直升机运行之间的飞行冲突应该会明显减少。
FAA表示还将永久限制华盛顿里根国家机场周边非必要的直升机飞行，并取消直升机和客机混合航线。
Permanently restricting non-essential helicopter operations around DCA and eliminating helicopter and fixed-wing mixed traffic. Permanently closing Route 4 between Hains Point and the Wilson Bridge and evaluating alternative helicopter routes as recommended by the NTSB.If a helicopter must fly through the airspace on an urgent mission, such as lifesaving medical, priority law enforcement, or Presidential transport, the FAA will keep them specific distances away from airplanes.Prohibiting the simultaneous use of Runways 15/33 and 4/22 when helicopters conducting urgent missions are operating near DCA.Limiting the use of visual separation to certain Coast Guard, Marine and Park Police helicopter operations outside the restricted airspace.此外，媒体报道说，FAA也将对波士顿、纽约、巴尔的摩-华盛顿地区、底特律、芝加哥、达拉斯、休斯顿和洛杉矶等八个城市或地区大型机场周边的直升机包机航线进行全面评估。
这些都是血的教训。
这些教训，对于国内低空飞行，尤其是大型枢纽机场周边的低空运行而言，是有一定的借鉴意义的。
希望大家在红红火火搞低空的时候，对于混合运行的安全，还是要给予更多关注。
