2025年1月21日，云南省人民政府商务厅再次主持了招商企业磨丁太诊国际医院与老挝磨丁管委会第2次三方视频工作会议。会议进一步谈论了支持磨丁太诊国际医院项目在中国老挝磨憨—磨丁合作区磨丁一侧合法开展辅助生殖、干细胞医疗的政策落实和企业发展问题，本次会议历时近2小时，会中涉及的老挝磨丁招商欺诈问题在会后得到了中国外交部的极高关注。
自2024年10月29日，中国云南省人民政府商务厅组织了招商企业磨丁太诊国际医院与与老挝磨丁经济特区管委会（磨丁开发集团）的首次三方视频工作会议后，近期，老挝磨丁的辅助生殖医疗行业发展问题牵动了多方的关注。中国外交部、中国驻老挝大使馆、云南省、上海市、老挝卫生部及相关中央政府部门以及联合国驻老挝协调员办公室等多个政府组织都对老挝磨丁太诊国际医院在中老合作区的合法经营发展保障的诉求表示了高度的关注。
老挝磨丁太诊国际医院（PACCLINIC INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL，Boten Laos）是一家以辅助生殖、干细胞临床应用研究、新药医学临床研究三大特色为发展方向的国际专科研究型医院，是中国老挝磨憨—磨丁经济合作区老挝磨丁特区一侧唯一一家由中国云南省人民政府官方招商落地的项目，也是唯一具备中老两国资质要求的磨丁医院项目，得到了中国上海普陀区桃浦开发集团和上海市相关部门的大力支持，是沪滇老三地交流合作的样本项目。
On January 21, 2025, the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province, China, once again hosted the second tripartite video working meeting between the investment attraction enterprise Boten Pacclinic International Hospital and the Lao Boten government. The meeting further discussed the policy implementation and enterprise development issues of supporting the Boten Pacclinic International Hospital project to legally carry out assisted reproduction and stem cell medicine on the Boten side of the China-Laos Mohan-Boten Cooperation Zone. The Lao Boten investment fraud issues involved in this meeting received great attention from the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the meeting.
Since the Department of Commerce of the Yunnan Provincial People's Government of China organized the first tripartite video working meeting between the investment attraction enterprise Boten Pacclinic International Hospital and the Lao Boten Special Economic Zone Government (Boten Development Group) on October 29, 2024, the development of the assisted reproductive medical industry in Lao Boten has recently attracted the attention of many parties. The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chinese Embassy in Laos, Yunnan Province, Shanghai, relevant departments of the Laos Central Government, Ministry of Health of LAO PDR, and the Office of the United Nations Coordinator in Laos and other government organizations have expressed great concern about the legal operation and development guarantee of the Lao Boten Pacclinic International Hospital in the China-Laos Cooperation Zone.
PACCLINIC INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL(Boten, Laos) is an international specialized research hospital with three major features: assisted reproduction, stem cell clinical application research, and new drug clinical research. It is the only project on the Lao side of the China-Laos Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone that was officially invested and implemented by the Yunnan Provincial People's Government of China. It is also the only Boten hospital project meeting qualifications from both China and Laos. It has received strong support from the Taopu Development Group of Putuo District, Shanghai, China, and relevant departments of Shanghai. It is a sample project for exchanges and cooperation among Shanghai, Yunnan, and Laos.
