老挝磨丁太诊国际医院（PACCLINIC INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL）是2022年11月中国云南省人民政府赴上海进博会中主办的中国老挝磨憨—磨丁经济合作区联合招商会引入落地的项目，项目是总部位于中国上海普陀区中以（上海）创新园的一家中以合资企业根据中国老挝磨憨—磨丁经济合作区项目协议，在中国老挝磨憨—磨丁经济合作区内成立的一家国际专科研究型医院，是沪滇老三地交流合作的样本项目。

磨丁太诊国际医院成立运营以来，得到了中老以三方的高度关注。近期，老挝磨丁太诊国际医院在其招商方中国云南省人民政府商务厅的召集组织下与老挝磨丁经济特区管委会（磨丁开发集团）召开了三方视频会议。会议谈论了医院项目在中老合作区的发展问题并交换了意见。

PACCLINIC INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL is a project introduced and implemented by the China-Laos Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone Joint Investment Promotion Conference hosted by the People's Government of Yunnan Province of China at the Shanghai International Import Expo in November 2022. The project is a Sino-Israeli joint venture headquartered in the China-Israel (Shanghai) Innovation Park in Putuo District, Shanghai, China. It is an international specialized research hospital established in the China-Laos Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone in accordance with the China-Laos Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone Project Agreement. It is a sample project for exchanges and cooperation between Shanghai, Yunnan and Laos.

Since its establishment and operation, PACCLINIC INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL has received high attention from China, Laos and Israel. Recently, PACCLINIC INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL held a tripartite video conference with the Laos Boten Special Economic Zone Management Committee (Boten Development Group) under the organization of its investment promotion party, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce of China. The meeting discussed the development of the Pacclinic's hospital project in the China-Laos Cooperation Zone and exchanged views.
