李静娴,一九四二年出生于天津,著名画家李静娴女士自幼酷爱书法及绘画,并富有美术天赋。精通西画、油画、中国水墨画。曾得到著名画家夏明远、杜滋龄、邓开杞等先生的指教。60余年的刻苦努力,创作出大量的人民大众喜闻乐见的艺术佳作。早在1970年应邀参加天津市成立工业展览馆的策划怖展和绘画工作中,成绩辉煌,受到表彰。近年来经常参加各种大型的书画作品展,得到过多项殊荣。2020年作品《守护》荣获翰墨春秋艺坛杰出人物奖。2021年受邀入编建党100周年百年百家大型合集。2021年荣获国际润格和官方认证资质证书。2022年受邀入编名家收藏·献礼全国两会作品集。现为:世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长，全国书画艺术委员会副主席;中华国礼艺术家;中国艺术家公示系统认证艺术家;天津市美术家协会会员;天津市金之麟书画院荣誉院长;天津市华侨书画院理事,天津市科普美术专业委员会理事。得益于名师指导,不断努力刻苦钻研,擅长国画和油画的艺术创作,在天津文化艺术领域成绩卓越,享有很高的知名度,作品被国内外各界朋友收藏,她为人谦和,热心公益,全力支持慈善活动,愿为中国文化艺术交流和慈善事业贡献微薄之力。Li Jingxian, born in Tianjin in 1942, is a famous painter who has been passionate aboutigraphy and painting since childhood and is endowed with artistic talent.
