刘迪，1956年生于武汉市，原名，刘毛弟。湖北省书法家协会会员，中青年参加过湖北省书协组织第一届书法诗词研修班培训，师从吴丈蜀、钟鸣天、徐本一、张明明，学习书法、诗词。后拜师梁岩大师为老师。
他对传统技法之研习，已臻化境，炉火纯青，而更难能可贵者，乃其勇于挣脱陈规之羁绊，以灵动之思，巧妙地将现代审美理念融入传统书画之中，匠心独运，创造出既蕴含古典韵味又不失时代气息之艺术佳作。
刘迪不仅才华横溢，更兼品德高尚，谦逊待人，乐于助人，其人格魅力与艺术成就交相辉映，德艺双馨。他以实际行动，生动诠释了何为真正的艺术家——既需技艺精湛，更需心怀大爱，以艺载道，以文化人，引领着书画艺术界不断前行，开创更加辉煌的未来，楷模之名，实至名归。
Liu Di, born in Wuhan in 1956, was originally named Liu Maodi. Member of the Hubei Calligraphers Association, young and middle-aged individuals have participated in the first calligraphy and poetry training organized by the Hubei Calligraphers Association. They studied calligraphy and poetry under the guidance of Wu Zhangshu, Zhong Mingtian, Xu Benyi, and Zhang Mingming. Later, I became a teacher under the guidance of Master Liang Yan.
His study of traditional techniques has reached a state of perfection and mastery, and what is even more valuable is his courage to break free from the constraints of conventions, cleverly integrating modern aesthetic concepts into traditional painting and calligraphy with agile thinking, and creating artistic masterpieces that contain bothical charm and contemporary atmosphere.
Liu Di is not only talented, but also has noble character, humility, and willingness to help others. His personal charm and artistic achievements complement each other, and he is both virtuous and artistic.
