花样内卷
因为本月GII和AS年级的同学们都在经历IAL和IGCSE大考，所以本月的优秀“小花卷”们，就由GI年级担当啦！这次仍然评出了在英语语言学习、数学、物理、化学、心理、计算机、商业、生物、中文、二外、体育PE、艺术Arts等科目的成绩排名前2-3名，以及本月综合学分排名年级前三的同学们，同时，进步最大的同学也会上榜！
每位同学的学期学分成绩会综合考量课堂表现、作业完成度、出勤情况以及德育相关表
英领国际学校拒绝内耗型内卷，倡导同学们进行正向、健康的、以个人兴趣为指引的“向上内卷”，不仅如此，我们还要“花样卷”！

GI-2班 Ruby纪同学：
First of all, I focused on improving my learning ability. This included reading books and articles in relevant fields regularly every day to increase my knowledge base. In addition, I also paid attention to my physical and mental health. I maintained a good daily routine and exercised regularly to ensure that I had plenty of energy to face the challenges of study and life.
首先，我专注于提升我的学习能力。这包括每天定时阅读相关领域的书籍和文章，以增加知识储备。此外，我还关注自己的身心健康。保持良好的作息习惯，定时进行体育锻炼，以确保自己具备充沛的精力去面对学习和生活中的挑战。
GI-2班Gaven石同学：
My study goal was to establish a good study habit. I planned to spend 30 minutes every night reading a book related to my major and take notes carefully. I also planned to spend 15 minutes every morning practicing my spoken English to improve my oral communication skills. In addition, I planned to spend two hours every weekend sorting out and reviewing what I had learned that week.
我的学习目标是养成一个良好的学习习惯。我计划每天晚上花30分钟阅读一本与我的专业相关的书籍，并做好笔记。我还计划每天早上花15分钟练习英语口语，增强自己的口语表达能力。此外，我每个周末还会花两个小时的时间整理和复习本周所学的知识。
GI-3班Samara孙同学：
This month, I made up my mind to improve my Physics grade, and I succeeded in doing so in the exam.
我这个月的目标是让物理成绩再上升一个等级，并在本月的考试中我也成功地做到了。
GI-2班Tina常同学：
This month, my goal was to carefully prepare the exams at the end of the month while thoroughly mastering the knowledge learned. I set goals for myself and worked hard to achieve them. Although I didn’t get ahead of myself, I still felt happy with my performance.
这个月，我的目标是精心准备月末的考试，同时彻底掌握本月学到的知识。我为自己设定了目标，并努力达成，虽然这个月没有超越自己，但我对自己的表现感到满意。

GI-2班 Ruby纪同学：
I began to try to use my spare time for independent learning, and expanded my knowledge by consulting relevant materials and participating in online courses. I also actively participated in discussions and had the courage to express my views. Through communication with mymates, I could not only understand the contents of the course more deeply, but also improve my ability to express myself. I am very happy.
我开始尝试利用课余时间进行自主学习，通过查阅相关资料、参加在线课程等方式，扩展自己的知识面。我也积极参与课堂讨论，勇于表达自己的观点，通过与同学们的交流和碰撞，我不仅能够更深入地理解课程内容，还能够提升自己的表达能力。我十分开心。
GI-2班Gaven石同学：
Looking back on the past month, I have constantly improved and grown in my study and life. During this time, I learned a lot of new knowledge, improved my skills and gained experience.
These impacts not only instilled a profound sense of satisfaction within me, but also bolstered my confidence to embrace the challenges that lie ahead with renewed vigor.
回顾过去的一个月，我不断地在学习和生活中进行了自我提升和成长。在这段时间中，我学到了很多新的知识、技能和经验。这一切都让我觉得很满足，也会让我更加自信地面对未来的挑战。
GI-3班Samara孙同学：
I reorganised my notes to make them clearer and more logical. This also allowed me to review the knowledge I had learned.
我重新整理了笔记，让笔记更加干净整洁，并且在整理的过程中把学过的知识又复习了一遍。
GI-2班Tina常同学：
I think the primary aim of the Mini Rat Race is to redefine the concept of rat race. In general, the term rat race is associated with notions of cut-throat but pointless competition. However, in the Mini Rat Race, students compete in a much healthier and sanguine environment with the aim of relentlessly improving themselves. It encourages each student to actively pursue their interests and getting involved. No matter which field we are interested in, we can all be fully devoted. Rather than a competition against others, the Mini Rat Race motivates us to keep improving and eventually, to find our unique path in life.
我认为英领“小花卷”计划旨在重新定义“卷”的概念。通常情况下，“卷”常常与残酷且无谓的竞争有关。但是，在英领的“小花卷”计划中，同学们会在一个更加健康和积极的环境中竞争，且目的是不断地自我提升。它会鼓励每一位学生积极地追求自己的兴趣，并乐于投入其中。无论我们对哪个领域感兴趣，都可以全身心地投入，无需与他人相比，只要自己在不断地进步，享受自己努力的过程，就能够找到人生“花样卷”的方向。

I will keep exercising, maintain an optimistic attitude, review and summarise every month, adjust my learning strategies in a timely manner, constantly surpass myself, and pursue excellence.
我将坚持锻炼，保持乐观心态。每月复习总结，及时调整学习策略，不断超越自己，追求卓越。
GI-2班 Gaven石同学：
In the following month, I will focus on improving my learning ability, professional skills and overall competence. I aim to learn and master effective learning methods to enhance my learning efficiency. Additionally, I will acquire and master professional knowledge and skills to increase my competitiveness. Most importantly, I will develop and strengthen comprehensive abilities to improve my overall quality. I believe that through this one-month learning plan, I will enhance my comprehensive abilities and lay a solid foundation for my future.
在接下来的一个月中，我将专注于提高自己的学习能力、专业能力，以及综合能力。我将学习并掌握一些学习方法和技巧，提高自己的学习效率。我还将学习并掌握一些专业知识和技能，增加自己的专业竞争力。最重要的是，我将学习并掌握一些综合能力，提高自己的综合素质。我相信，通过这一个月的学习目标计划，我将有所收获，提高自己的综合素质，为自己的未来打下坚实的基础。
GI-3班 Samara孙同学：
Next month, I want to improve all my grades. To achieve this, I must pay close attention in without getting distracted by others, review my notes after, promptly ask my teacher any questions I have, and not let them pile up.
下个月我要让所有的成绩都上升一个等级，想要实现这个目标我必须要上课认真听讲，不被别人影响，课后复习笔记，有不懂的问题及时问老师，不积攒。
GI-2班 Tina常同学：
Next month, my goal is to consolidate what I have learned. I will make a review plan, make sure to review on time, and preview the new study material in advance to achieve my goals.
下个月，我的目标是巩固我已学过的知识。我将制定一个复习计划，确保按时复习，并提前预习新的学习材料。
