做外贸而已,大家不要太老实了!
外贸新人刚入行,有的三个月试用期都开不了张,甚至样品单都没有,原因就是你太老实了!
①外贸客户已读不回
外贸新人:Hello,are you still there?
外贸大神:Are there any product/models you are interested in?Do you have any questions or concerns that need to be addressed?I'm always ready to help
新人只会问客户“在嘛,在嘛”,大神则会引导客户帮客户解决问题
②外贸客户觉得价格贵
外贸新人:Our price are already the lowest on the market
外贸大神:I understand why you may think that.Can we discuss a price option that I think might work for you
新人只会说我们的价位很低了,大神则会站在客户立场,引导客户的真实想法
③外贸客户说不需要
外贸新人:Ok I understand
外贸大神:It doesn't matter even if your company has finished purchasing plan because it's always foolproof to prepare a plan b
新人一听就来一句懂了,而大神则会先和客户拉近关系,不要也没关系,多个朋友多条路,万一哪天用的着我们呢
其实做外贸的语言艺术非常重要,你用生硬的语气和圆滑的表达,会让客户有完全不一样的感受,从而影响到客户愿不愿意跟你合作,加油,外贸人!
