万卓，笔名：土龙先生，号：时风，中国共产党党员，退役军人，根艺人；专科文化程度（文学系）；中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员，乌苏市书法协会会员；国家一级书法师；非遗书法传承师(高级)；建党百年全国首批书法传承人；中国研创非物质文化遗产保护发展中心副会长。现居住于新疆乌苏市。
从小受祖辈父辈熏陶酷爱书法，字以草书擅长，以广纳博取之心，以尽心尽力之意，践行着自己的价值取向。
从记事起，由初悟喜欢书法到醒悟着迷书法，三十多年来，至始至终深挖文字细微、粗狂、严谨、自然、均衡的美感规律；以露、藏、中、偏的运笔风格，提按、使转、顿挫的自然法度，心手双畅研习领悟；用纯、真、儒雅、流畅、刚柔并济、入古求新的理念；在锋须往来之际，作天质自然的折转，笔墨畅志、心手一体，以“尽心”“净心”“静心”之势，导运笔墨，在有法的体系内，作无法的极致表现。放手写心，只为了传承惠及子孙；只为了写好中国字，做好中国人。

Wan Zhuo, pen name: Mr. Tu Long, style name: Shi Feng, member of Communist Party of China, veteran, root artist; junior college education level (literature department); member of the Chinese Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Chinese couplets, member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of the Wusu City Calligraphy Association; national first-class calligrapher; non-herit calligraphy inheritor (advanced); one of the first batch of calligraphy inheritors in the centennial anniversary of the founding of the Party; Vice President of the Research and Creation Center for the Protection and Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Currently living in Wusu City, Xinjiang. Since childhood, he was influenced by his and parents and fell in love with calligraphy. He is good at cursive script, and with a heart of broad acceptance and the intention of doing his best, practices his value orientation. Since he was old enough to understand, from the initial understanding of liking calligraphy to the clear understanding of being fascinated by calligraphy, for than thirty years, he has always deeply explored the subtle, bold, rigorous, natural, and balanced beauty rules of characters; with the writing style of revealing, hiding middle, and bias, the natural law of lifting, turning, and pausing, and the heart and hand are both comfortable to study and understand; with the concept pure, true, elegant, smooth, and both soft and hard, and seeking innovation from the past; at the moment when the tip of the brush comes and goes he makes natural turns, and the brush and ink are free and easy, and the heart and hand are one.
