大家好，我是《德国室内设计中文版》的主理人Lily，专为设计师分享国内外优秀设计作品。我们致力于为设计师带来源源不断的设计活力，让中国设计在国际舞台上熠熠生辉。

这套豪宅位于纽约，面积约为278㎡，内外打通建筑壁垒。色彩运用彰显设计师Sebastian Zuchowicki的艺术理念，通过结合居者的个人喜好，打造空间的专属色彩。纽约的繁华都市，可以拥有一份静谧自我空间。

设计师的角度，客厅是设计的核心区域，如何减少城市的商业氛围很重要。设计师选择天鹅绒、皮革、亚麻布和石膏等等材质，在客厅勾勒出不同纹路。美学艺术附着在材质上，清晰呈现出复古元素的时光魅力。

From the designer's perspective, the living room is the core area of design, and it is important to reduce the commercial atmosphere of the city. Designers choose materials such as velvet, leather, linen, and plaster to outline different patterns in the living room. Aesthetic art is attached to materials, clearly presenting the charm of retro elements in time.

墨绿色沙发，木质茶几和座椅，巧妙的台灯设计，结合那些引人入胜的艺术画。客厅空间细节丰富，不同元素彼此融合，把加的故事多维度进行延续。

Dark green sofa, wooden coffee table and seat, clever desk lamp design, combined with those captivating art paintings. The living room space is rich in details, with different elements blending together to continue the story from multiple dimensions.

餐厅和客厅采用开放式设计，餐厅设计更像一处咖啡厅，足够许多人在一起聊天使用，而且可以变化成兵乓球桌，充满趣味体验。

The restaurant and living room adopt an open design, and the restaurant design is more like a coffee shop, enough for many people to chat together, and can be transformed into a ping-pong table, full of fun experiences.

不同区域的角落位置，都打造成桌柜样式。从梳妆镜和悬浮桌子面，到阳台一侧的复古雕花深木色柜子，还有颇具现代感的木质书桌，都诠释着不同时代的美感。

The corners of different areas are designed in the style of desks and cabinets. From the vanity mirror and floating table surface, to the vintage carved dark wood cabinet on the balcony side, and the modern wooden desk, all interpret the beauty of different eras.

进入卧室空间，柔和的色彩让内心更加柔软。黑色地毯仿佛拥有魔力，让周围的美学元素更加凝聚。皮质床尾凳作为复古装饰，为宁静的空间带来力量。

Entering the bedroom space, soft colors make the heart softer. The black carpet seems to have magic, making the aesthetic elements around it more cohesive. The leather bed stool, as a retro decoration, brings power to a peaceful space.
