2、年平均气温11.8℃，日照时数2408.7小时，年降雨量550-600毫米，年极端低温-17.7℃，夏季6-8月份平均气温24.8℃，独特的气候适合苹果糖分的累积。

"1、正宗的翼城苹果多为圆形，果型端正高桩，果形指数一等品率85%以上。果实表面颜色着色度应达到90%以上，果面光洁细腻，无碰压伤、磨伤、果锈、水锈、药害、日灼、雹伤、虫伤等。
2、翼城苹果口感香脆甜爽，汁液多，酸甜可口，无涩感。果肉白色，发育充分，具有适于市场或储存要求的成熟度。
3、自然熟透了的翼城苹果都是黄里透红，果身有红色的纹路，而且纹路越多且分布的越均匀，吃起来的口感也会越好。
