陈佼荣，字墨痴，号墨香阁主人。男，汉族，大专文化，1958年8月出生在湖南衡阳祁东。现为国家高级书法师、中国书法家协会会员、中国楹联学会会员。北京心海文化艺术研究院和庐山毛体书法研究院高级研究员、中企联文化研究院理事会副主席、中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会理事会副主席、中国书画产业研究基地专家组成员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会“特聘书画家”，兼副秘书长；《新文艺》和《民族艺术》杂志编委成员。2023年被全国人民艺术家信用管理中心书画艺术委员会特聘为“艺术顾问”和“艺委会主席”。本人自幼受三位母舅：石镜泉、石香泉、石雨泉老师的熏陶，从小痴迷书法。7岁临摹大舅的行书体《千字文》、二舅自撰的楷书体《六言杂字集》。后又学练柳公权、颜真卿的楷书、王羲之的天下第一行书《兰亭序》。无论严寒酷暑，冬去春来总是临池不辍，从不间断，坚持做到“四多”：多看书学理论、多请教学经验、多临帖学技巧、多钻研学创新。还挤出时间从报刊上剪贴书画作品21本，收集古今名家精品力作25000幅。
近几年常有书法作品在《艺术与生活》、《人民代表报》、《美中时报》、《中国近现代美术年鉴》、《共和国美术大典》等报刊、巨著上刊登发表。撰写出版了《荼余饭后写工商》、《百笑堂》、《墨彩天韵》、《砚台梦笔》和《中国艺术外交珍藏版金书》5本拙作。
2024年被中国文化人物档案库、中国非遗传承组委会授予：中国非遗传承大师。被中国人民艺术家联合会、中国新媒体联盟授予：《2024年度五百强重点企业推荐艺术家》。被中国艺术品鉴定与收藏协会授予：“国际艺术名家”。被中国艺术领航者评选组委会、中国新媒联盟授予：中国艺术领航者。全国重点推荐艺术家评选组委会授予：“全国重点推荐艺术家”。被国宾礼艺术网组委会、朝闻天下艺术组委会授予：国家艺坛代表性艺术家。被功勋艺术家网评审组委会授予：“中国优秀艺术家”。被全国艺术职称考级中心聘请担任全国艺术职称考级中心“首席专家”。被中国国际书画家联合会、中华历史遗产最美代言人评选组委会授予：“中华历史遗产最美代言人”。被全国人民艺术家信用管理中心、全国信用体系大数据公示网授予：“中国珍藏级艺术家”。被中国艺术投资论坛组委会授予：“当代艺术大师”荣誉称号。被艺坛名家海外展播组委会授予：“艺坛名家”。入选福布斯中国（艺术福布斯）十大名人。
2015到2024年连续10年被中企联信息研究院特邀参加全国艺术家献礼。有《福寿康宁》、《海纳百川》等书法作品入选国家版权局统一登记，享有原创专利合法“身份证”权。先后有20多幅作品应邀在英、法、德、意、俄、美等国家参展。书法作品经相关国家文艺部门严格评审，达到精品艺术评审标准。润格人民币300000元/平方尺；美元润格50000美元/平方英尺；欧元润格欧元/平方英尺。一幅书法作品在苏富比文化艺术中心大中华拍卖会上以人民币45万元落槌成交。
最近参加全国社会艺术教育师资培训，荣获高级书法执教专业证书；被中国文化品牌研究发展中心授予《传承中华传统文化、铸就文化强国脊梁》“中外文化交流大使”；由中国艺术工匠评选组委会授予《大国艺术工匠》荣誉称号。一幅“采桑子·重阳”书法作品参加中国关心下一代工作委员会教育中心荣获“中国文休嘉年华活动金奖”。被美国科罗拉多工程大学（艺术专业）博士学位。108个国家认可，全球通用。有《中国近现代美术年鉴》、《世界艺术教育史》、《中国历代书画名家大辞典》、《世界最具影响力艺术家大辞典》、《中国近现代名家典藏画集》、《中国艺术名家作品集萃》10多部大型巨著共有48幅作品应邀入编。
Chen Jiaorong, also known as Mo Chi and Master of Mo Xiang Pavilion. Male, Han ethnicity, college education, born in August 1958 in Qidong, Hengyang, Hunan. I am currently a national senior calligrapher, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and a member of the Chinese Couplets Society. Senior Researcher at Beijing Xinhai Culture and Art Research Institute and Lushan Maoti Calligraphy Research Institute, Vice Chairman of the Council of the Cultural Research Institute of the China Enterprise Federation, Vice Chairman of the Council of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the China National Architecture Research Association, Member of the Expert Group of the China Calligraphy and Painting Industry Research Base, "Specially Appointed Calligrapher and Painter" of the New Literature and Art Group Calligrapher and Painter Working Committee of the China Calligrapher and Painter Association, and Deputy Secretary General; Member of the editorial board of "New Literature and Art" and "National Art" magazines. In 2023, he was specially appointed as "Art Consultant" and "Chairman of the Arts Committee" by the National People's Artists Credit Management Center Calligraphy and Painting Arts Committee. I have been influenced by three maternal uncles since childhood: Shi Jingquan, Shi Xiangquan, and Shi Yuquan, and have been obsessed with calligraphy since childhood. At the age of 7, he copied his uncle's cursive script "Thousand Character Classic" and his uncle's self written regular script "Six Character Miscellaneous Character Collection". Later, he learned and practiced Liu Gongquan, Yan Zhenqing's regular script, and Wang Xizhi's "Preface to the Orchid Pavilion", the world's first cursive script. No matter how cold or hot it is, winter goes to spring and never stops. We must adhere to the "four excesses": read more books to learn theories, invite more teaching experience, learn more skills from posts, and study more and innovate. I also made time to cut and paste 21 calligraphy and painting works from newspapers and collected 25000 masterpieces from famous artists of ancient and modern times.
In recent years, calligraphy works have been frequently published in newspapers and masterpieces such as "Art and Life", "People's Representative Daily", "US China Times", "China Modern Art Yearbook", "Republic Art Encyclopedia", etc. I have written and published five original works, including "Writing about Industry and Commerce after a Meal", "Bai Xiao Tang", "Ink Color Tianyun", "Inkstone Dream Pen", and "Chinese Art Diplomacy Collection Edition Golden Book".
