2、水资源充足，采用深层井水灌溉，取水层深度180米以上，有机井257眼，水资源丰富，基础设施好，灌溉条件便利，水质好，无污染。
3、属温带干旱半干旱气候，虽然干旱少雨，但是可以通过灌溉来满足不同生长期水的供应，是中国温带黄土高原苹果优生区，平均温差为-8.6℃，温差大，利于糖分的积累。
