食用海藻走进印度的美食

印度目前是800种野生美味食用海藻的家园。利用果阿邦丰富的生物多样性,Gabriella D'Cruz自由潜水到潮汐池里收获它。

作为好海洋海藻食品公司的创始人和生态学家,D'Cruz为世界知名的餐厅提供当地食材,包括孟买的Masque。

在厨房里,主厨Varun Totlani将收获的海藻融入传统印度菜肴,如pani puri、chaat和popadam。
