这次要改造的是一个北京城东的微型公寓住宅，套内面积只有30余平米。希望通过本次改造，在有限的空间面积下，保持松弛的空间尺度的同时，营造囊括起居，休息，家政，阅读等等生活所需全部功能的集合空间。同时也希望对方案的落地实践，为同样生活状态下，同样尺度下的空间改造提供一些相对普适性的参考价值。
This renovation project focuses on a micro-apartment located in the east of Beijing, with an interior area of just over 30 square meters. The aim of this renovation is to maintain a relaxed spatial scale within the limited area while creating a space that encompasses all the necessary functions of socializing, living, resting, housekeeping, reading, and more. Additionally, the intention is for the practical implementation of this design to provide a reference value that is relatively universal for spaces of similar scale and lifestyle.

空间原本的窗户很多，东西北侧均有采光，早上和下午东西侧的光线可以分别射进屋子很长。但是因为隔断墙体的存在，进入屋子的光到隔断墙上后，便戛然而止。另外因为墙体的存在，每个空间都稍显局促，折返的空间动线也相对单调。
Originally, the space had many windows providing light from the east, west, and north sides, with morning and afternoon sunlight streaming in from the east and west. However, due to the presence of partition walls, the light entering the room would abruptly stop at these barriers. Furthermore, the existence of these walls made each space feel somewhat cramped, and the circulation paths within the space appeared monotonous.

改造第一步，先拆除了空间的非承重墙体，重新归置空间的实用性功能，在空间中置入一个方形的木制体块，用空间划分空间，把客厅、家政及洗手间、卧室妥善的分割。
The first step of the renovation involved removing non-load-bearing walls to reorganize the space’s functional utility. A square wooden block was introduced into the space to divide and separate the living room, housekeeping area, bathroom, and bedroom effectively.

置入的空间也营造出了两条联通卧室与起居的走廊，可以让光、空气与生活自由流动。为了进一步整合功能所体现的形式，让木制体块不那么沉闷，因此设计新置入一个结构，将沙发、木制体块以及卧室“托举”起来，营造“轻盈、漂浮”的视觉感受和流动的空间。
This wooden block also created two corridors connecting the bedroom and living area, allowing light, air, and life to flow freely. To further integrate form with function, a new structure was added to lift the sofa, wooden block, and bedroom, creating a visually light and floating sensation.

木制体块的功能安置上，一侧走廊融合了马桶间、淋浴间功能，两个功能分区完全独立，共用一个推拉门，金属材料的应用保障了基本的防水功能的同时，让走廊两侧的材料有所区分，与大量的木质的使用形成对比，丰富了空间的质感与趣味性。
On one side of the wooden block, the corridor integrates the functions of a toilet and shower room, with both areas completely separate but sharing a sliding door. The use of metal materials ensures basic waterproofing functions and adds visual interest by differentiating materials along the corridor.

体块的另一侧走廊，功能也不仅局限于过道，屋主人的艺术品及器物收藏、日常书籍的收纳、音乐、以及家政物品的收纳，洗衣机和吸尘器被妥善的安置在台面下方。
On the other side of the wooden block, the corridor serves multiple functions beyond just a passageway, including space for the homeowner’s art and collectibles, storage for daily books, music, housekeeping items, and discreet placement of the washing machine and vacuum cleaner under the countertop.

走廊的末端作为卧室的功能安置，面对窗户放置的床可以承载每天的朝夕阳。
At the end of the corridor, the bedroom area is arranged to capture the morning sun and afternoon sunlight through the window-facing bed.

厨房区域的布置上，与卧室的衣柜、洗手池、冰箱整合为一个体块，保持材料的简洁、纯粹、克制，一块不锈钢板结合室内大面积使用的木材，解决“拿、洗、切、炒”动线诉求。
In the kitchen area, the layout integrates the wardrobe, sink, and refrigerator into one unit with a simple and pure material palette, combining stainless steel with wood extensively used throughout the space to facilitate cooking activities.

入户区域设置了一个悬挑的收纳柜，为了体块的连续性，将“托举”结构关系延伸一直至入口处，作为日常不入柜子的物品的临时放置功能使用。
A cantilevered storage cabinet is set in the entrance area. To maintain the continuity of the structure, the “supporting” structure extends all the way to the entrance, serving as a temporary storage function for daily items that are not placed in the cabinets.

入口区域的照明主要依靠一盏只有离家才会关闭的壁灯，壁灯的主要材料是空间中用到的木板以及不锈钢板，用屋主人日常冲煮咖啡用到的法兰绒布完成对光的萃取，拉线开关的末端拉手是屋主人纪念日的戒指，以此作为空间和生活的索引和连结。
An overhanging storage cabinet is placed in the entry area, with lighting primarily provided by a wall lamp that only turns off when the homeowner leaves. The wall lamp is constructed using wooden and stainless steel panels found in the space, with a velvet fabric used for light filtration, and the end of the pull-chain switch features a ring, serving as a commemoration of the homeowner’s anniversary, symbolizing a connection between space and life.
