"1、黑山县的土壤大多数是草甸土,土壤pH值在6.5-7.5之间。土壤肥力状况中等,有机质含量0.8-1.5%之间,利于锦丰梨的生长。
2、黑山县境内主要河流有绕阳河、东沙河、羊肠河,还有中小型水库5座,县内流域总面积2486.5千米,年平均地表径流1.29亿米。黑山县地下水资源丰富,总贮量达2.87亿米/年,水质清澈、纯净,是理想的工农业生产和生活用水。
3、黑山县四季分明,属于暖温带半湿润大陆性季风气候。日照充足,昼夜温差大;冬季寒冷少雪,气候干燥。年平均气温7.9℃,年平均降雨量568.4米米,年总降水量12.93亿米。年平均日照时数2785小时,太阳辐射年总量136.7千卡/厘米。

四、如何挑选how to choose:
"1、正宗的黑山锦丰梨梨皮薄而细,没有病虫害、疤痕或外伤。如果梨皮看起来很厚,则说明果实粗糙且水分不足。同时,表面斑痕较多的梨子口感不佳,最好选择表面光滑细腻,看上去全部是黄色的梨子。
2、、正宗的黑山锦丰梨形状端正规则,这样的梨果肉肉质细腻,质地脆而鲜嫩,果肉中的颗粒组织(石细胞)少,汁液丰富,味道甜。尽量不要选择形状不规则的梨子,畸形的梨果肉分布不均匀,通常肉质粗糙,汁液少,石细胞大而多,味道淡薄甚至有苦、涩味,质量较差。
3、正宗的黑山锦丰梨梨脐(梨底部的凹陷)通常较深且周围光滑整齐,具有规则性的圆形。如果脐浅又不圆,味道次之。
4、用手指轻轻按压梨子,如果感觉硬朗,则说明梨子新鲜且多汁。相反,如果感觉软糯,则可能是过熟或开始变质的梨。

2. Authentic Heishan Jinfeng pear has a regular and regular shape, with delicate flesh, crispy and tender texture, few granular tissues (stone cells) in the flesh, rich juice, and sweet taste. Try not to choose pears with irregular shapes, as deformed pears have uneven distribution of flesh, usually rough texture, less juice, large and numerous stone cells, weak taste, and even bitter and astringent taste, resulting in poor quality.
3. The authentic Heishan Jinfeng pear navel (the depression at the bottom of the pear) is usually deep and smooth, with a regular circular shape around it. If the navel is shallow and not round, the taste is secondary.
