「封面解读」城市间量子密钥分发:在德国‘下萨克森州量子链路’试验平台,利用半导体单光子源的城际量子密钥分发首次得以证明。其中,基于含带量子点的圆布拉格光栅光子结构发出的高亮度单光子比特,光量子密钥首先在汉诺威加密并耦合到城市间部署光纤中。光量子比特在经过79公里的光纤传输后,在布伦瑞克完成接收与解密。该成果成功证明了将半导体单光子源无缝集成到现实的大规模高容量量子通信网络中的可行性。
