• 必须根据清单上的要求提交额外的未经PS过的照片。

• 特别项目需额外支付表格填写服务费（50CNY）和翻译服务费（65CNY）。

ITALY VISA SPECIAL PROGRAMS IN SHANGHAI JURISDICTION

Dear applicants, we are pleased to inform you that the Italy Visa Application Centres in Shanghai, Nanjing, and Hangzhou have launched special programs for the Fast-Track Tourism Visa and Business Visa for Entrepreneurs and Managers. The following requirements must be preliminarily reviewed and confirmed by the Visa Application Centre before scheduling an appointment:

• A personal income tax return for one year must be provided (for the Business Visa, a company tax return may be optionally submitted if available).

• Travel insurance must be presented in accordance with your actual itinerary.

• A photocopy of any visas obtained in the past five years, along with the original old passport.

• At least 70% of your stay must be in Italy.

• An additional photograph must be submitted according to the requirements on the checklist—no alterations allowed.

• Special programs require additional payment for form filling services (50CNY) and translation services (65CNY) .

The Fast-Track Tourism and Business Visa for Entrepreneurs and Managers are available for appointments at the Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Nanjing centres. Applicants should send the requests via email, and the Visa Centre will confirm whether you meet the program requirements and arrange appointments
