吕娟 ( 千焆) 河南郑州市出生、90年代初留学日本学习文学与艺术。获文学博士称号。现为国家一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员、中央美术学院客座教授、哈佛大学艺术学院客座教授、加拿大维多利亚皇家艺术学院客座教授。2015作品被联合国非物质文化遗产基金会及世界六个国家同时发行纪念邮票。2016独特的《樱花》作品被选入新日春展、2017《向日葵》作品参选新加坡美术大展、受邀出席新加坡哈莉玛大统领慈善拍卖会、2019法国马克龙政府主办的巴黎卢浮宫国际艺术沙龙展及法国大皇宫艺术展、2018在家乡河南艺术馆举办的个展《牡丹与樱花的对话》时日本第93任内阁总理大臣鳩山由紀夫携夫人亲临观展，2022荣获北京冬奥会艺术形象大使荣誉、2023受邀出席在希腊雅典扎皮翁宮举办的首届奧藝盛大启幕展及伦敦国际艺术沙龙展，在2024法国大皇宫比较沙龙展上做为东方艺术家首次荣登大展的官方网站。代表作品曾发表在《人民艺术家》《中国美术学史》《国家墨宝》《共和国美术大典》《时代人物》《大道同行》《世界艺术年鉴》《榮宝斋》《美术之窗》《風起東方》《高等院校教学范本》《翰墨华章》等等，做为中国艺术家长期致力与西方藝術學界保持良好的溝通、她用特殊的感观和视角来对国宝大熊猫进行深刻的描绘，她的「熊猫」画作，获得中西方美术业界的高度赞誉，被意大利罗马美術學院、佛罗倫萨美術學院及德國柏林藝術大學等收藏、并选入法囯艺术沙龙展的官方网站。长期以来不停的探索作为一名独特的艺术家，她尊重传统，但不受旧范束缚，并专注于表达生活与生命的体验。是中国艺术的传播者、传统文化的继承者、国际文化的促进者。

Lv Juan (Qian Xuan) is a Chinese painter living in Japan, a doctor of literature, a national-class artist, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a visiting professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, a visiting professor at the Harvard University School of Art, a visiting professor at the Royal Victoria Academy of Art in Canada. Her works have been issued as commemorative stamps by the United Nations Intangible Cultural Heritage Foundation and six around the world. Her unique "Cherry Blossom" works have been selected for the New Japan Spring Exhibition, the Singapore Art Grand Exhibition, the International Art Salon at the Louvre in Paris, and the French Grand Palace Art Exhibition, etc. She has been honored as the artistic image ambassador of the Beijing Winter Olympics, and been issued commemorative stamps by the Japanese Post Office.
