每名艺术家在莫干山驻地创作时间为7-42天（驻地时间可集中连续用完，也可全年度分时用完，或根据具体创作计划的需求再作协商讨论）。

Bai&Yun MOGANSHAN AIR art foundation will welcome 6 to 10 artists to join the Artist Residency Program per year and select one or two artists in each phase.
Each selected artist can have a period of residency from 7 to 42 days in Bai & Yun Art Gallery in MOGANSHAN. (The artist could continuously stay in MOGANSHAN for 7 up to 42 days, or spend his/her days in program Village in different periods of the year. Special case can be further discussed as well.)

Bai & Yun MOGANSHAN AIR 项目的艺术家驻地期间可享受：
· 为驻地艺术家提供创作/住宿空间;
· 工作人员协助艺术家驻地期间的创作工作；
· “白云艺术基金”提供策展支持；
· 可根据项目需求申请美术馆一层的展览空间；
· 为艺术家和驻地期间的艺术创作提供全媒体平台的宣传推广；
· 参与“乡村振兴”中与公共艺术项目和乡村教育项目有关的活动中去。
Bai&Yun MOGANSHAN AIR provides selected artists with:
· Provide creative/residential space for resident artists;
· Arrangement of its staff to assist the artist in working needs;
· Assistance and consulting on curating；
· Artists can apply to use the exhibition space on the first floor of the art museum according to the needs of the project;
· Provide an omni media platform for the promotion of artists and their artistic creations during their stay;
· Participate in activities related to public art projects and rural education projects in "rural revitalization".
入选驻地创作计划的艺术家需要：
· 能够在驻地期间内合理完成自己的驻地创作计划；
· 愿意在驻地期间开展至少一次公共艺术活动；
· 作为演讲嘉宾参加艺术分享会活动；
· 愿意提供在驻地期间创作的艺术作品参加Bai & Yun MOGANSHAN AIR驻地创作计划年度展览（作品版权仍归艺术家所有）；
· 此艺术驻地创作计划不收取任何费用，并且免费提供往返项目驻地的首/末次往返交通费（当地火车站至项目驻地），但艺术家仍需自行承担自己的其他费用，包括交通运输、创作材料以及生活资料等。
Artists who are selected to the program will need to:
· Try his/her best to complete his/her artistic creation plan;· Attend a public art education event related to the residency program at least two ;
· Participate in sessions as a guest speaker at least once;
· Try his/her best to cooperate with Bai&Yun MOGANSHAN AIR for its arrangement of the exhibition related to the residency program;
· No fee will be charged for this program, and the first/last transportation (from the local railway station to Bai & Yun Art Gallery) will be provided free of charge. However, the artist shall bear his/her own transportation costs, creation costs and living expenses.

申请办法：
可以通过以下方法向我们提交驻地创作申请：
· 一份驻地创作计划
创作计划中必须体现创作所涉及的艺术形式（如绘画、雕塑、装置、影像、音乐、设计、文学创作、摄影等）；驻地创作的目标和完成作品的时间计划；您为这个创作计划做了什么准备；以及为什么在中国莫干山进行驻地创作对这个创作计划而言是重要的或必要的。
· 一份最新的艺术简历
艺术简历需包括您愿意与我们分享的艺术创作经历，不要求面面俱到，但希望艺术家能真诚地与我们分享这些经历。
· 一份作品集（不超过20 MB）
· 一份个人陈述（可选）

Application Process:
· A residency artistic proposal which includes:
The form(s) of your art work; your aim(s) of this project and a general time line for the project; your preparation for the project; why it is important or necessary for you to do this project in MOGANSHAN.
You may also define your target community or communities of this project, and explain what will your project bring to your target community or communities, as well as whether will you document your entire creation process with other methods.
· Your latest CV/resume, which includes:
Your basic personal information and your emotion in art or your program.
· Portfolio (not exceeding 20MB)
· Personal statement(optional)
