Chen Jiaorong, whose courtesy name is Mo Qi and whose art name is the owner of Mo Xiang Ge Male, Han nationality, with a college education, he was born in August 1958 in Qidong, Hengyang, Hunan. He is a senior calligrapher, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and a member of the Chinese couplets Society. He is also a senior researcher at Beijing Xinhai Art and Culture Research Institute and the Lushan Mao Zong Calligraphy Research Institute, the Vice Chairman of the China Enterprise Federation Culture Research Institute the Vice Chairman of the China National Architecture Research Society's Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee, a member of the expert group of the China Calligraphy and Painting Research Base, a "specially-appointed calligrapher and painter" of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association's New Art Group Calligraphers and Paint Work Committee, and also the Deputy Secretary-General; a member of the editorial committee of "New Art" and "National Art" magazines.
