宾临城·江南赋设计师民宿业态是通过将现有建筑进行改造提升，把古镇传统建筑与现代艺术空间融合在一起，打造成集共享空间、展厅、下午茶、泡池、住宿、酒吧、咖啡厅等于一体的差异化超强IP体验高端民宿，设计风格既能体现江南水乡的文化韵味，又能让旅人感受到生活场景化的现代艺术空间。

The Binlincheng·Jiangnanfu designer B & B Business Model is to transform existing buildings and integrate traditional township architecture with modern art spaces to create a highly differentiated IP experience high-end hostel with shared spaces, exhibition halls, afternoon tea, hot springs, accommodation, bars, and cafes. The design style can not only reflect the cultural essence of the southern water town but also allow travelers to experience a modern art space with a sense of daily life.

民宿整个空间是流动的，设计做到一步一景的精细化场景空间：大厅的设计概念来源于摇曳在南浔河上的乌篷船，吧台为船，大厅为三个乌篷，结合厅外的四水归堂和门头雨幕，整个空间形成了东大街上最亮的打卡点。

The entire space of the B & B is fluid, with a meticulous design that creates a scenic space with a different view at every step: the design concept of the lobby is inspired by the upright boats swaying on the Nanxun River, with the bar as the boat and the lobby as three Wupeng. Combined with the four-water-return-to-the-center courtyard outside the lobby and the rain curtain on the entrance, the entire space has become the most eye-catching spot on East Street.

房间我们做到了一房一概念，一池一主题的设计，我们将世界上著名的大师画作莫奈《睡莲》、梵高《星空》、毕加索《梦》、达利《永恒的记忆》、建筑大师柯布西耶设计元素、中国古诗画等引入房间作为房间的设计概念，并且每个房间匹配了不同主题的私汤泡池。

In the rooms, we have implemented the concept of one room per theme and one pool per feature. We have incorporated famous masterpieces such as Monet’s Water Lilies, Van Gogh’s Starry Night, Picasso’s Dream, Dali’s Memory of Perpetual Motion, and design elements of architect Le Corbusier, as well as ancient Chinese poetry and paintings, into the rooms as design concepts. Each room is equipped with a private hot spring pool that matches the theme of the room.

这是对江南古镇项目的一次创新探索，设计风格勇于跳出古镇文化圈，打破常规，寻找新的设计语言与古镇文化相结合。

This is an innovative exploration of the Jiangnan ancient town project, with a design style that dares to break out of the circle of ancient town culture and seek new design languages to combine with ancient town culture.
