周嗣铨，四川资中人，1939年7月生，九三学社社员，四川清朝唯一状元骆成骧之外侄孙，书法传人，中国书画艺术家协会副主席，中国诗书画联谊会常务副主席，中国书画艺术网首席艺术顾问，中国国宾礼特邀艺术顾问，中央电视台〈艺术名家〉栏目组特聘艺术顾问，四川省嫘祖书画院院长，四川省毛研会书画院名誉院长，中国廉政书画院四川分院高级研究员。

能写23种风格的书体和日文书法。作品在国内外多次展出。还在多种书画专集和报纸发表书法，省级和全国发行的刊物也作了报道，省市电视台和全国多家主流媒体也多次报道其书法作品。中国邮政还将其书法作品制成邮票参加中华文化复兴践行者走进迪拜的活动。书法作品在美国纽约时代广场展播。
Can write 23 styles of calligraphy and Japanese calligraphy. His works have been exhibited many times at home and abroad. ——记著名书法艺术家周嗣铨
庭有余闲，竹露松风蕉雨；家无长物，茶烟琴韵书声。日日临池把墨研，何曾粉笔去争妍。书法之所以令人着迷，是因为思想和线条的完美结合冲击了观者的精神幻觉。要知画法通书法，兰竹如同草隶然。书法如人之容貌，端庄秀逸；写字如作画，用笔精到；行书如诗词，意味隽永；草书如音乐，节奏鲜明；狂草如乐曲，热情奔放。字如其人，一手好书法，一手好笔，一撇一捺皆是潇洒。

周嗣铨先生在运笔过程中，每一个字的屹立部位，都似乎险象丛生，却又妙在能险中扣稳，使字形没有歪斜软倒之嫌，而有玲珑飞动之姿。笔如椽大，挥毫劲挺。墨如玉白，浓淡相宜。纸如美眷，温润如玉。张扬跋扈，丝毫不受束缚，甚至整行一笔而下，有如神仙般的纵逸，来去无踪。其色，其形，其浓淡枯湿，其断连辗转，粗细藏露皆变数无穷，气象万千。

古墨轻磨满几香，砚池新浴灿生光、或劲键或婉转，或如婀娜窈窕的美人，或如矫健勇猛的壮士，或如春风拂面繁花一片，或如北风入关深沉冷峻。其如骨一般刚猛有力，气势雄强——结体遒劲，字字严谨，一丝不苟。瘦劲有力，楷书体势劲媚，骨力道健，超尘脱俗。横之长者瘦挺舒展，横之短者粗壮有力。观其力而不失，身姿展而不夸，笔迹流水行云。笔势雄奇，姿态横生，出于无心，行云流水，是其手心两忘，具有了最为生气灌注的特点。
