| 性质与用途

Compared with traditional organic fluorescent dyes, Qdot 655 quantum dots have stronger anti-photobleaching ability, can maintain stable fluorescence signal in long-term fluorescence observation, and have higher fluorescence intensity.

It can provide clear imaging effect and facilitate observation and analysis under fluorescence microscope. The WGA part can specifically bind to glycoproteins and cell membranes containing N-acetylglucosamine and sialic acid residues to achieve labeling of specific biomolecules or cell structures, which is suitable for cell membrane labeling, neural tracing, microbiology research and other biological experiments.

Qdot 655 Wheat Germ Agglutinin can be used for plasma membrane imaging of living cells or fixed cells, and fluorescence labeling of cell membranes can be achieved by binding to glycoproteins on cell membranes. As a retrograde or anterograde neuron tracer, it is used to study the connection and signal transmission between neurons.

It can be used to mark the cell membrane of yeast bud scars and Gram-positive bacteria to help study the cell structure and function of microorganisms. It can also be used for tissue section staining, Western blotting and other experiments.
