张焕民，字星白，号十砚齋主，九崖山人，蒼崖，龙泉居士。1948 年生于五代教育世家。毕业于武汉科技大学。中央电视台《艺术传承》客座教授。任中国楹联学会《书画艺术报》副主任等职。
其艺术成就得到社会的广泛认可与赞誉。先后被授予"中国文化艺术传承者"、“中国诗词文化传承者"、“中华民族优秀文化传承者"、“当代诗书画传承人物"、"最具影响力国际书画(陶瓷)艺术大师"、“中国国礼艺术大师"等众多荣誉称号。作品入编《新中国书画发展史》、《国宝档案》、《近当代中国美术史》、《世界美术教育发展史》、《世界艺术年鉴 1922 一 2022》，《中国字画收藏指南》等大型文献。获《国际艺术家功勋荣誉称号。被新加坡授予"新中文化交流特使"殊荣。2024 年荣获首届国粹文化金马奖。荣获二零二五年最高中国艺术功勋成就奖。
Zhang Huanmin, style name Xingbai, nickname Shi Yan Zhai Zhu, Jiu Ya Shan Ren, Cang Ya Longquan Jushi. Born in 1948 in a family of educators for five generations. Graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology. Visiting professor CCTV's "Art Inheritance". He served as the deputy director of the Chinese Association of Couplet's "Calligraphy and Painting Art News" and other positions. His artistic achievements have been widely recognized and praised by the society. He was awarded many honorary titles, such as "Chinese Art and Culture Inher", "Chinese Poetry and Culture Inheritor", "Chinese Nation's Excellent Culture Inheritor", "Contemporary Poetry, Calligraphy and Paintingheritance Figure", "The Most Influential International Calligraphy (Ceramics) Art Master", "China National Gift Art Master" and so on His works have been included in the "History of the Development of New China's Calligraphy and Painting", "National Treasure Archives", "History of Modern Contemporary Chinese Art", "History of the Development of World Art Education", "World Art Yearbook 1922-2022", "Chinese Callraphy and Painting Collection Guide" and other large documents. He was awarded the "International Artist Meritorious Honorary Title". He was awarded the special honor of " Envoy of Sino-Singapore Cultural Exchange" by Singapore. In 2024, he won the first National Treasure Culture Golden Horse Award. He won the Chinese Art Meritorious Achievement Award in 2025.
