在“最佳新人”（Best New Artist）类别中，环球音乐集团4名艺人获得提名，分别是：Arooj Aftab（Verve Label Group）、Finneas（Interscope Records）、Glass Animals（Republic Records）和Olivia Rodrigo（Interscope Records）。

Billie Eilish(Interscope Records/UMPG)共获得7项提名。她凭借第二张专辑主打歌曲《Happier Than Ever》获“年度制作”（Record of the Year）、“年度歌曲”（Song of the Year）、“最佳流行歌手（表演）”（Best Pop Solo Performance）、“最佳音乐视频录影带”（Best Music Video） 4项提名；专辑《Happier Than Ever》获“年度专辑”（Album of the Year）、“最佳流行专辑”（Best Pop Vocal Album）2项提名；此外，与专辑一起发行的《Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter To Los Angeles》获“最佳音乐电影”（Best Music Film）提名。
Olivia Rodrigo(Interscope Records) 共收获7项提名。《drivers license》获“年度制作”（Record of the Year）、“年度歌曲”（Song of the Year） 、“最佳流行歌手（表演）” （Best Pop Solo Performance） 3项提名；《SOUR》获“年度专辑”（Album of the Year）、“最佳流行专辑”（Best Pop Vocal Album） 2项提名；《good 4 u》的MV获“最佳音乐视频录影带”（Best Music Video）提名；此外，Olivia Rodrigo还喜提“最佳新人”（Best New Artist）提名。
格莱美分别授予Kanye West(Good Music/Def Jam Recordings)、Tony Bennett&Lady Gaga(Interscope Records) 和Finneas(Interscope Records)各5项提名。Kanye West的提名包括：《Donda》“年度专辑”（Album of the Year）、“最佳说唱专辑”（Best Rap Album） 、《Hurricane》（ft.The Weekend & Lil Baby）- “最佳旋律说唱歌手（表演）”（Best Melodic Rap Performance）、“最佳说唱歌曲”（Best Rap Song）-《Jail》（ft.Jay-Z）。
Tony Bennett&Lady Gaga凭借合作专辑中的歌曲《I Get A Kick Out Of You》获得“年度制作”（Record of the Year）、“最佳流行重唱/组合”（Best Pop Duo/Group Performance） 、“最佳音乐视频录影带”（Best Music Video） 3项提名；专辑《Love For Sale》获“年度专辑”（Album of the Year）、“最佳传统流行演唱专辑”（Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album） 2项提名。
Finneas(Interscope Records) 获得了“最佳新人”（Best New Artist）提名，另外4项则是与Billie Eilish、Justin Bieber的合作而收获提名。

J. Cole(Interscope Records)在本届格莱美中收获4项提名，分别为“最佳说唱专辑”（Best Rap Album）-《The Off-Season》、“最佳说唱歌曲”（Best Rap Song）-《m y . l i f e》（ft. 21 Savage&Morray）、“最佳说唱歌手（表演）”（Best Rap Performance） -《m y . l i f e》（ft.21 Savage & Morray）和“最佳旋律说唱歌手（表演）”（Best Melodic Rap Performance）-《p r i d e . i s . t h e . d e v i l》（ft.Lil Baby）。
Drake(Republic Records)分别凭借歌曲《Way 2 Sexy》（ft. Future & Young Thug）和专辑《Certified Lover Boy》获得“最佳嘻哈歌曲”（Best Rap Song）和“最佳嘻哈专辑”（Best Rap Album）奖项提名。
此外，在本届格莱美提名中，Angélique Kidjo(Decca Records France/Verve)，Ariana Grande(Republic records),The Weeknd(Republic Records)和Alison Russell(Concord) 各获得3项提名。
在乡村音乐流派中，Mickey Guyton(Capitol Records Nashville) 和Chris Stapleton(Mercury Nashville) 均获得3项提名。Mickey Guyton的专辑《Remember Her Name》获得“最佳乡村专辑”（Best Country Album）提名，专辑主打曲《Remember Her Name》获得“最佳乡村歌曲”（Best Country Song）和“最佳乡村流行歌手（表演）”（Best Country Solo Performance）提名。
Chris Stapleton的专辑《Starting Over》获得“最佳乡村专辑”（Best Country Album）提名，歌曲《Cold》和《You Should Probably Leave》分别获得“最佳乡村歌曲”（Best Country Song）和“最佳乡村流行歌手（表演）”（Best Country Solo Performance）提名。
Kacey Musgraves(Interscope/MCA Nashville) 凭借歌曲《camera roll》获得“最佳乡村歌曲”（Best Country Song）和“最佳乡村流行歌手（表演）”（Best Country Solo Performance）提名。
而Brothers Osborne(EMI Records Nashville) 则获得了2项提名，分别为：“最佳乡村重唱/组合”（Best Country Duo/Group） -《Younger Me》、“最佳乡村专辑”（Best Country Album）-《Skeletons》。
Carrie Underwood(Capitol Records Nashville) 凭借专辑《My Savior》获“最佳传统福音专辑”（Best Roots Gospel Album）提名，并凭借他与Jason Aldean的合作歌曲《If I Didn’t Love You》获得“最佳乡村流行歌手（表演）”（Best Country Dup/Group Performance）提名。
环球音乐集团在拉丁流派中也收获众多提名，J Balvin(UMLE)的专辑 《Jose》、Karol G(UMLE) 的专辑《KG0516》 和Kali Uchis（Interscope Records）的专辑《Sin Miedo (Del Amor Y Otros Demonios) 8》均获得“最佳城市音乐专辑”（Best Música Urbana Album）提名；Juanes(UMLE) 的专辑《Origen》获得“最佳拉丁摇滚或另类专辑”（Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album）提名；Selena Gomez（Interscope Records）的专辑《Revalación》则被提名为“最佳拉丁流行专辑” （Best Latin Pop Album）。
Ólafur Arnalds(Mercury KX) 的《Loom》（ft.Bonobo）获得“最佳舞曲/电子制作”（Best Dance/Electronic Recording）提名，同时《The Bottom Line》（ft.Josin） 获得“最佳乐器或和声编曲”（Best Arrangement, Instrumentals and Vocals）提名。
洛杉矶爱乐乐团的音乐艺术总监Gustavo Dudamel古斯塔夫·杜达梅尔（Deutsche Grammophon）凭借《Mahler:Symphony No.8，“Symphony of a Thousand”》被提名为“最佳合唱表演”（Best Choral Performance）和“最佳古典工程专辑”（Best Engineered Album, Classical）。小号手兼作曲家Terence Blanchard（Blue Note Records）的专辑《Absence》（ft. The E-Collective and The Turtle Island Quartet）被提名为“最佳爵士器乐专辑” （Best Jazz Instrumental Album），其同名歌曲《Absence》（ft. The E-Collective and The Turtle Island Quartet）被提名为“最佳即兴爵士独奏” （Best Improvised Jazz Solo）。
第64届格莱美颁奖典礼将于2022年1月31日星期一（北京时间20222年2月1日早）举行。
