美国2022年国际生态艺术大赛

为激发全球学生以及艺术家保护自然环境的意识,EarthX创办了年度生态艺术比赛。2022年度生态艺术比赛的的主题为“播种”(Plant the seed)!EarthX号召全球5-22岁的艺术家,围绕2022年度艺术比赛主题“播种”(Plant the seed),创作艺术作品。

参赛艺术作品的创作可以围绕“播种”(Plant the seed)年度主题的不同方面展开,比如,创建雨水花园来保护流域、建造社区花园来支持城市环境改善,或展现再生农业以改善水质和气候变化的好处。人们还可以将这一主题应用于植树,作为对抗森林砍伐影响、增加二氧化碳排放,或保护野生动物栖息地安全的一种手段。为花园种植种子可以促进传粉者种群健康的想法也符合这一概念。该主题还可以更形象地解释为暗示,就像播下种子一样,针对任何环境问题采取的行动,都可以成长为可持续的解决方案。这些只是一些想法,不应该限制艺术家如何表现主题。

参赛指南

2022年主题

主题需围绕2022年度主题--“播种”(Plant the seed)

艺术类别

艺术品可以是2D,也可是3D作品(雕塑或者装置),

可以使用任何媒体或媒体组合

2D作品不需加遮罩或者外框;

尺寸要求

2D作品尺寸最大为20英寸×30英寸(50.8cm×76.2cm),

建议最小尺寸为8.5英寸×11.5英寸(21.59cm×29.21cm)

(不需加遮罩或者外框)

3D作品的尺寸不得超过98.5英寸×11.5英寸(60.96cm×60.96cm×121.92cm),

最大重量不超过20磅(9.07kg);

参赛年龄

全球年龄在5-22岁的学生与艺术家均可参与;

提交要求

在线提交艺术作品,入围后需邮寄作品评选

初选提交格式:JPEG格式;

2D作品,只需1张照片;

3D作品,需要4张照片(正面,背面,左侧,右侧各一张);

300字作品陈述,需用pdf格式提交;

作品必须为原创,在本次比赛期间,所有参赛作品不得同时参加其他艺术比赛;

每位参赛者只能提交一件作品;

时间节点

2022年1月24日 截止报名;

2022年2月20日 宣布入围名单

2022年3月20日 宣布决赛入围名单,并邮寄作品;

2022年4月25日 公布获奖梦名单;

奖项设置

5-9岁年龄组

一等奖(250美元)、二等奖(125美元);

10-13岁年龄组

一等奖(500美元)、二等奖(250美元);

14-18岁年龄组

一等奖(1000美元)、二等奖(500美元);

19-22岁年龄组

一等奖(1500美元)、二等奖(1000美元);

其他荣誉奖若干,将获得非现金奖励。

获奖者作品将于德克萨斯州达拉斯地球周期间进行展览

大赛介绍

艺术之美是每件作品都是其创作者对周围世界的看法的迷人表达。作为有创造力的人,你以其他人可能看不到的独特方式看待世界。我们需要你的声音。所以拿起你的刷子、钢笔、抹刀或凿子,创造一些东西,激励他人维持我们的世界。

【比赛组织背景】

EarthX 是一个总部设在美国德州的国际非营利性环境组织,致力于教育和激励全球的组织和人们采取行动,以实现全球在未来的可持续发展。EarthX是国际自然保护联盟(IUCN)光荣的成员,IUCN联盟是由1300多个政府和民间组织与15000位经验丰富专家组成。组织的多样性以及成员的专业经验,让IUCN成为在自然和环境保护领域的全球权威!

【比赛目标】

1.让学生就他们如何看待他们生活的世界中的环境问题发表意见。

2.为学生提供一个平台,提高对他们重要的环境问题的认识,并通过创作他们的作品促使其他人采取行动。

【作品陈述要求】

每个作品都应该有一个标题,建议的标题长度不应超过 8 个字。

作品陈述的目的是描述艺术表现如何体现比赛的主题:播种。它将在评审过程中用于帮助理解参赛作品。以下问题的答案应包含在论文中:

第 1 部分

1.您的作品如何表达您对主题的想法:种植种子?

2.为什么这个想法对你很重要?

3.当人们看到你的作品时,你希望会发生什么?

第 2、3 和 4 部分

1.描述您作品中展示的环境元素如何与主题相关:种植种子。

2.为什么这个环境因素/问题对您很重要?

3.你用什么艺术元素/媒体来传达你的信息?

4.您如何看待此作品影响查看它的人?

**陈述的写作可以得到成人协助,但想法应为参赛者原创。

【重要提示】

入围者可能需要提供一段简短的视频,其中包含评委要求的信息讨论。这将有助于评委选择第一名、第二名和荣誉奖获得者。决赛入围者将在他们收到的入围者电子邮件通知中详细了解如何录制和上传此视频。如果无法用英语提供此信息,他们将需要联系电子邮件中列出的 EarthX 工作人员以获取替代方法。如果在电子邮件中列出的日期之前未收到所需信息,则该艺术品将无法被视为可能的获胜者。

【团体参赛】

如果任何个人团体选择合作参与项目,他们必须指定一 (1) 个人作为该团体的代理人才能进入该项目。小组中年龄最大的学生将成为指定代理人,此人的年龄将决定作品将在哪个年龄段进行评判。

Well, myideas were when I drew a seed and there is a hand that is putting the seed inthe soil. After 2 months ago, the seed will turn into a sprouted seed. You see,on the sprouted seed, there are beautiful raindrops dropping from the wateringcan. After 4 more months ago, the seed turned into a beautiful mixed Red, Blueand Yellow Flower. I know that you have never seen that kind of flower but thatwas the only one I wanted to draw. This idea is so important to me because, mybrother wants to plant a flower That was when he asked me a question “Whathappens when you plant and take care of a flower?” That’s when I drew anartwork to help answer my brother’s question because if I did not draw any artto answer my brother’s question, he would be confused. Also, I wanted to planta flower and I had the same question like my brother.
