Pan Delai, also known as' Jiangnan Fish Painter ', is a national first-class painter. Director and artistic consultant of the Chinese Artists Alliance, member of the China Artists Association, executive director of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of the Central State Organs Artists Association, and director of the World Artists Association. In December 1999, it was selected as one of the first artists in the World Celebrity List. Creative Committee Member and Special Researcher of the Chinese Academy of Arts, Ministry of Culture; Distinguished Researcher, Academy of Fine Arts and Calligraphy, National Defense University of the People's Liberation Army of China.
