王兆奎：号村石，室名居然斋，江苏淮安人苏咀人。中国传统文化发展委员会副主席，国际名人百科特邀主席，中国楹联学会会员。中央电视台<CCTV传承艺术名家>。CC丅V华夏之声<书画名家>特聘艺术导师。在喜迊二十大，全国艺术界举办的“艺术里的中国”大型活动中，荣获文旅部艺术发展中心授于<人民艺术家>荣誉称号。2024年5月，一带一路国际艺术促进会书画艺术家委员会授予<中国书画终身成就奖>，2015年＜中国邮册>发行组委会授予其<国家名片>荣誉证书，国际奥委会文化教育委员会特聘书画家，奥林匹克书画大展赛特等奖获得者。2005年天津人民美术出版社为其出版<一线大家一王兆奎>画集。2015年<芦雁四屏>入编中国文联出版社出版的<致敬经典一中国书画传承代表人物>。2016年多幅作品入编黑龙江美术出版社占版的＜百年经典＞。2025年，中国人美出版社为其出版＜中国近现代名家典藏画集>王兆奎。著名美术史论家马鸿增在＜画坛草根的艺术新境一一王兆奎花鸟画的写意性和喻意性＞一文中评其画雁曰“观王兆奎画雁，是一种审美享受，大笔挥洒，水墨淋漓。落笔成象，形神俱似，飞呜栖食，各具生机。并能汇前人之長，画出自己的面貌，真可谓：古有边芦雁，今推王飞鸿。又道是：边雁葦间飞久遠，王鸿居然又出新。”著名画家.美术史论家刘曦林为其写<明心见性，君子之风一一著名丹青画家王兆奎>一文。
