孩子开心就开怀大笑,难过就放声大哭,委屈就耍赖打滚,发泄完情绪就没事了,不会有那么多杂乱的念头和情绪困扰。

When children are happy, they laugh heartily; when they are sad, they cry loudly; when they are wronged, they play tricks and roll around. After venting their emotions, they will be fine and will not have so many chaotic thoughts and emotional troubles.

学习他们敢于表达,不纠结、不内耗,喜欢就大胆要,不喜欢就直接拒绝,勇敢地表达自己的观点,无需找理由、编借口,不让自己陷入纠结的情绪泥潭。

Learn from them to express themselves boldly, without hesitation or internal conflicts. If you like them, be bold enough to ask for them, and if you don't like them, refuse them directly. Be brave enough to express your own opinions without finding excuses or making excuses, and not let yourself fall into the emotional quagmire of indecision.

也许每个人都有自己与世界和谐相处的方式,但只要内心安定,就不会有那么多的纠结和内耗。

不必在无关紧要的人和事上浪费太多精力,也不用过于在乎别人的看法,更不要凡事都亲力亲为、追求完美。学会对一些人和事放手,气血就会慢慢回来。
